"I do not have any project in my mind while painting. I do not paint what I imagine but what arrives deliberately,what appears on the canvas during the creative process.
Every painting is an adventure, has its own history, its energy, its hesitations, and arises from a vast number of moments... steps to the unknown who come to an end when the created work meets my sensibility.
The fact to paint leads to a certain way of painting. Each painting asks for the next. This is how my work develops, the different periods follow each other - without necessarily looking alike, but there is always an invisible link connecting them and that I could analyse right away.
As soon as my work is exhibited, it do not belong to me any longer, it lives its own life and it take another dimension within the sensibilities it meets."
