Valérie SORBETS

Born in Paris, in 1964, I grew àMontmartre in an artist's family. I live for the south of France for many years.
After studies to Nîmes's Fine arts, I am perfectinnée in the watercolor to which I associate to other technologies(skills) such as the nogalina, the Indian ink, etc...
Often I extract my inspiration of my another passion; the horses, but other such topics as the bullfighting, the flowers line my work.
Be to the water-color or to the oil, I like to be employed at the instinct with pigments often used very pure.
To play with the transparencies that the water-color offers and light of the oil provides an infinite happiness to me.
The numerous exhibitions in the region of Nîmes as well as of numerous prices (prizes) mark my artistic distance...
