Attempt within abstraction to give special affects rendered by the use of a wide range of material on diverse supports (canvas and structures).After a ten years'period of representational work, a certain lassitude ensued and led JADE to a refinment of shapes and then naturally to abstraction. Only the essential of the feeling connected with her memory and her perception of an image or sensation deserves her consideration and thus, takes roots in the artist's imagination nourished by the true nature of the artist.Her ability to capture things instantly, her manner to remain in the field of emotion, with no bounds to traditional representational art, drives the ever-unsatisfied artist to seek tireless further.JADE's painting can be considered as instinctive and her inspiration is deeply rooted in primitive arts. She admits that , they have always exerted a real fascination, emphasising the fact that the human being, the earth and spirituality are so closed linked.This painting will only affect those people who approach without preconceived ideas of finding ordinary shapes of objects. Everyone is free to receive his share of warmth and mystery, anyway, that is what this artist's work try to convey.
