Présentation

Born in 1975 in Geneva, Isabelle Lutz decides, in October 2005, to change orientation and to dedicate herself to the painting after having obtained a master in psychology to the university of Geneva and exercised as psychologist in private cabinet.
Her first canvases express the violence of the feelings. Appearances give up the place to another reality where the subjectivity and the ambivalence of the individual are investigated without artefacts. An engaged painting celebrating the ardour or its opposite: the shrill(garish) despair of beings misled in the depthes of their intimacy. A work susceptible to push aside the certainties beyond the borders of the cynicism.
