Stéphane GANTELET

Stéphane Gantelet is a 36 year old sculptor. He was born in the French Alps and lives and works at Crisol's sculpture studio in the South of France.

He has been creating and casting his sculptures in bronze there since 1992. His work mostly consists in pieces of a kind. Mostly figurative, his sculptures shows men and women in tension with contemporary architectural structure. Often signs from the industrial world such as electronic prints emphasize the contrast one can feel in his work between tradition and modernity. Stephane Gantelet sculpture can be seen in galeries throughout France, Germany and contemporary art fair in Paris. His sculpture has integrated private art collections in France and other Européan countries, as well as in the united-States and in Japan
