Sherley ERSKINE

Hello. My name is Shirley Erskine.
I have been an artist all my life. I maintain, and use to the fullest, two art studios. One in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada and one in Cottage Grove, Oregon, U.S.A. This bi-coastal view of the world is a treasure for any artist.
I am an elected member of the Society of Canadian Artists, the Colour and Form Society (Canada) and the Society of Experimental Artists (U.S.A.) In 1997, I was selected by jury as Mississauga "Visual Artist of the Year" and was honoured with a trophy and monetary award. I have travelled extensively through Europe, U.S.A., Mexico and Canada learning and painting. My main "formal" Art Education was a four year program at Sheridan College of Design and Technology in Oakville, Ontario, completed in 1978. I have taught classes at all levels and to varied age groups.

It is one of my great joys to be able to share my knowledge and love of painting."
