18th, mai, 2008 With many regrets, the opening operation of Magasins Généraux (ateliers19eme.canalblog.com/) has ended after two days of meetings and intense exchanges, where almost 700 people payed us a visit. Bus 48, 60 et 75 10th, july, 2008 10 new pictures I have shot myself are completing the portfolio 28th, april, 2008 This portfolio marks the first time that a cohesive group of paintings has been made available. Most of them were done at night in oil and are the outcome of continuous work that has now lasted 15 years. After belatedly discovering Alfred Manessier’s and Jean-Paul Riopelle’s paintings in 2005, I realized that this work is part of a continuity. The creation of this portfolio was made possible thanks to meeting Pierre-Olivier Deschamps, who made the photographs. It coincides with my will to evolve, and my resolution to subject these paintings to new looks. |
